I love time lapse videos and hopefully I can put together a series of time lapse videos that show what it is like to build a dream.  They are a good way of looking at the space and the transformation that will take place.  The time lapse videos are combined with photos and video to create these (hopefully) interesting and visually descriptive videos of building a brewery.
